MEET GARRETT

Garrett is working with M. I. Lewis through the Workforce Solution. Garrett is participating in the Supported Employment Program.

The mission of the Supported Employment project is to provide meaningful work experience for the Workforce Solution costumers that need assistance of a job coach.

The goal of Supported Employment is to prepare participants for possible full-time work. While learning job skills, participants will also work on building character and to improve thinking and problem solving.

Garrett is working in the M.I. Lewis warehouse and pantry. He works closely with his job coach to complete his assignments and objectives for the day. M.I. Lewis is better because of Garrett's hard work and dedication. Everyone on staff is excited to see Garrett grow in his role at M.I. Lewis.
